Appointment Policy
Appointments
A £30 deposit per cat is required to secure your appointment, payable via bank transfer within 24 hours of the appointment request. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation and Missed Appointment
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Adequate notice may allow me time to fill the appointment slot.
For last-minute cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments, the deposit will not be refunded. The time was specifically reserved for your cat, and appointments cannot be filled at short notice.
If a deposit wasn’t paid, a £30 per cat last-minute cancellation/missed appointment fee will be charged.
Appointment confirmation texts and emails are sent on booking and a reminder one day before the appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to keep appointments.
